Our signature Sichuan mapo tofu

Our authentic Sichuan mapo tofu is the most popular dish at Tojin Hanten.
Fermented black beans and seasoned minced meat are brought together with our homemade chilli oil and finished with Sichuan pepper. Discover the authentic mapo tofu taught by Chen Kenmin and passed down through our head chefs. The heat can be adjusted to your preference, from extra hot to non-spicy.

Our tantan noodles bring you the flavours of Sichuan, with a base of toasted sesame and homemade chilli oil. Sweet and savoury minced meat enhances the rich soup and fragrant sesame, creating a distinctive depth of flavour.

Our homemade chilli oil

Chilli oil lies at the heart of Sichuan cooking.
We use our own homemade chilli oil in our cooking, favouring natural ingredients and keeping added flavour enhancers to a minimum. Enjoy the depth of flavour it brings to our dishes.
